- Lobster tortellini with Jerusalem artichoke puree and vegetable crisps
- Cream of broccoli soup with broccoli florets, toasted almonds and Pierhouse cheese biscuits
- Crispy confit of duck with roasted hazelnut and pear salad with a balsamic glaze
- Roasted fillet of monkfish, chorizo, roasted red peppers, cannelloni beans with saffron cream
- Beef fillet medallions, seasoned with cracked black pepper & Dijon mustard, and served with potato rosti, glazed carrots with a red wine jus
- Seafood platter to share - local mussels in a white wine, garlic & cream sauce, Loch Creran oysters, chilled local langoustines, dressed crab meat, tempura squid served with seafood dip and crusty bread
