Pierhouse Platter

A true celebration of our freshest local seafood from the West Coast. Langoustine, crab claw, roast scallop, oyster, mussels, remoulade, hot & cold smoked salmon, griddled lemon.

Lobster

Local lobster (approx 550 g) from one of our Pierhouse creels, served in a choice of three ways: chilled, warm or Pierhouse thermidor.

Creel Caught Langoustines

Local langoustines in their shells, served chilled or warm.

Grand Platter (for two)

Outstanding seafood from local waters: whole lobster, langoustine, crab claw, oyster, roast scallop, mussels, remoulade, hot & cold smoked salmon, griddled lemon.

Loch Leven Rope Grown Mussels

Rope grown mussels from local waters. Served either mariniere, or with garlic, shallot, cream & parsley, or Pierhouse classic with wine, cream and smoked salmon.

Whole Roast Lemon Sole

Caper and parsley butter.
