It feels like summer is definitely here in Port Appin as we turn our faces to the sun, don our lighter summer clothes and marvel at the jaw-dropingly gorgeous West Coast sunsets. Surely it's okay to try out one (or more) of our delicious summer desserts? Go on, you deserve it!
The Raspberry Parfait is sublime....cool, smooth parfait with raspberry coulis, meringue tuiles and mint puree.
Dark Chocolate Mousse....rich, chocolate lovers' heaven served with blueberry compote and chocolate shavings.
Strawberry & Clotted Cream Cheesecake......the perfect match that melts in the mouth, served with pink peppercorn crumbs and lemon sorbet.
Plus there's yoghurt creme brulee, sorbets, sticky toffee pudding (of course) and our Highland cheese platter.
