Dear guests and friends
I am delighted to say that we now feel that we can see the light at the end of the tunnel and we are optimistically hoping that we will be re-opening our doors and welcoming guests back to The Pierhouse on Friday 24 July and The Three Chimneys on Thursday 30 July.
First and foremost will of course be the safety and health of our staff and our guests, and you can be assured that we will be complying with all government requirements, regulations and standards as well as adding a few of our own. We will be publishing a full list of measures on our website and this will be sent to all guests when making a booking.
One thing is very clear, our core values relating to quality and standards will be as before. Our relationships with our local suppliers are precisely as they were and there will be no compromises. We will continue to serve the finest local produce.
The lockdown period has given us a great opportunity to step back and re-visit the restaurant and hotel and ensure we are doing everything we can to make our guests’ visits exceptional. Our chefs and housekeepers and their teams are raring to go and we are brimming with new ideas and surprises for our guests....but rest assured some things will never change ......I think it would be impossible for our oysters and langoustines to be any fresher!
I, along with Fiona and the entire team at The Pierhouse are so excited at the prospect of re-opening and we greatly value your loyalty and support.
The welcome on the mat is going to be HUGE.
Gordon Campbell Gray
