Luss Seafood Bar recently joined The Pierhouse Hotel and 6 other Argyll establishments who form The Seafood Trail.
Set right in the heart of the picturesque village of Luss, the Luss Seafood Bar serves the finest selection of Scottish seafood alongside fresh seasonal produce. Open daily from 9am to 5pm, Luss Seafood Bar on the western shore of Loch Lomond, and within the stunning Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park is a perfect stopping off point as your Seafood Trail culinary journey starts or draws to a close.
The menu features beech smoked salmon produced in the village by Luss Smokehouse along with steamed clams, Shetland mussels, soups & salads and delicious main dishes to satisfy all appetites. The wine list is selected by expert Matthew Jukes and there is also a selection of Scottish gins and local beers.
The airy interior is decorated with hand-blocked wallpaper and completed with zinc table-tops, banquette seating, and selected prints from Scottish artists, available next door at Luss General Store. A covered terrace allows guests to enjoy their seafood in the open air, whatever the weather.
A short stroll down Pier Road leads you to the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond. Visitors to Luss can also enjoy walking tours of the historic village, saying hello to the resident Highland cows Harris and Skye or getting out on Loch Lomond by hiring a boat or joining one of the scenic loch cruises.
