We've talked previously about Caroline's passion for the isle of Lismore, Norma's life as a crofter and Laura's love of coastal foraging for razor clams. We've also now discovered that Dimitrios, our Chef de Partie, loves lure fishing.
The Pierhouse's Chef de Partie, Dimitrios Chariskos, is passionate about lure fishing. Dimitrios, who comes from Greece, studied Marine and Fisheries Science and Wildlife Ecology and Behaviour. In his free time he likes nothing more than going off to explore the west coast and to fish. Dimitrios says "I fish mostly on the light and ultralight scale incorporating Light Rock Fishing and Bass fishing techniques and gear."
