New Summer Menus

It's time to roll out our summer menus at The Pierhouse, inspired as ever by the very best produce the sea and land has to offer at this time of year.

As well as our well established favourites including our famous Seafood Platter, there are some new additions and changes. Here are just a few highlights to whet your appetite for your next visit!  Head Chef Laura says "I absolutely love the Asian influence and flavours in this dish: it adds a wow factor for vegetarians and non alike!"

Pierhouse Crab Bon Bons

New to the menu: deep fried crab bon bons & mini fish cakes served with a sweet chilli & chervil mayonnaise.

West Coast Scallops

Always a firm favourite, this summer we're serving them on a cauliflower puree with Stornaway black pudding.

Baked Goats Cheese

A goats cheese parcel wrapped in bread, topped with sesame seeds baked and served on a sweet pepper puree with an apple, radish & rocket salad.
