Nick, Nikki and Caroline recently hosted a very special lunch at The Pierhouse Hotel. They were joined by 36 Bed & Breakfast, Guest House and self catering owners from the Port Appin area for a pre-season lunch in the restaurant. Head Chef Tim Morris and his team prepared dishes from our new season menu including Loch Linnhe Langoustines with a citrus pesto and Roasted Loin of Venison with essence of wild mushrooms. The lunch, enjoyed by all, was a very welcome break for the owners and one of the very few chances to meet up and talk to other local business people.
As Caroline, The Pierhouse's Operations Manager, explained "The lunch is really just a way to say thank you to the local accommodation providers who recommend The Pierhouse to their guests for dinner in the restaurant or a bar meal."
