2. Appin Art Exhibition
Our local art group create arworks throughout the year to put on a show from 15-25 July in Port Appin village hall. Admission is free, open 10.30am-6pm daily except Sundays.

4. Isle of Lismore Raft Race
The island's annual sports day for all the family. 25 July at Salen Bay, Lismore.There are children's races, heavy events, tug o'war plus the raft race of course. Dance in the hall at night. Read more>
5. Appin Agricultural Show
Our local show with highland cows, sheep, highland dancing, a dog competition, arts and crafts marquee, refreshements and a full afternoon programme for all the family. 15 August, from 10.30am, Tynribbie Croft, Appin. (field opposite Church of Scotland & Appin Village Hall, Appin)
6. Port Appin Studio Open Weekend
Artists Alex and Midge Gourlay open their studio as part of Artmap Argyll 28 - 31 August. It's a chance to see beautiful paintings, prints and textile arts, chat to the artists and take a little piece of Port Appin home with you. Read more>
