All prices are per person based on double or twin occupancy and inclusive of full breakfast and VAT.
Please note that during our High season from 1st May - 30th September that bookings for Friday and Saturday nights will only be on a Dinner Bed & Breakfast basis. (Children excluded).

Children's Prices - £25.00 per night Bed & Breakfast
Under 2 years - Free bed and breakfast
The childrens rate for ages 2 - 12 years only applies when sharing with two adults, otherwise it is full price.
Dogs - £15.00 per night per dog
Well-behaved, quiet and house-trained dogs with a dog basket are welcome. Dogs must not be left unattended in the rooms at any time.
Deposits
One night's accommodation deposit per room per night is required to be paid prior to confirmation.
Cancellation Policy- Please note that should you cancel within a 7 day period you would be liable for the full balance.
