‘Starter’ Relaxation Treatments

All our ‘starter’ relaxation treatments are an excellent ‘way in’ to our more comprehensive Wellbeing Body & Deluxe Massages. A good choice for guests short on time, to revitalise energy, nourish dry or tired skin and de-stress mind & body. Also recommended for more elderly guests (70 years +) or for those recovering from medical treatment or care. For peace of mind, please discuss any specific conditions with our Therapist in confidence in advance of your treatment.

Quick Release Back & Neck Massage - 40 mins - £60. A short gentle massage with sweet almond oil to relieve general areas of tension. This is a simple introduction to the more comprehensive back & body massage.

Aromatherapy Back, Neck & Scalp Massage - 40 mins - £65. A delicious blend of rose & lavender essential oils, perfect for relaxation & gentle soft tissue release. A good entry level to the full range of Aromatherapy massage

Nourishing Foot Massage - 40 mins - £60. Wonderfully relaxing, a nourishing cream soothes & pampers tired or aching feet, conditioning dry skin, gently stimulating energy & vitality pressure points.

Hand & Foot Release Massage - 45 mins - £65. Blissful therapy for tired or unloved hands & feet, needing essential TLC. Regenerates aching muscles & energy levels with gentle accupoint massage.

Acupressure / Reflexology Foot Massage - 50 mins - £70. Reiki Healing Touch Massage - 55 mins - £75. A powerful Japanese healing treatment using ‘heat’ / healing from the hands to help bring stillness of mind, emotional calm, & profound mental & physical relaxation. Oriental Head Massage - 60 mins - £80, 80 mins - £105. Feel tension of the scalp, face, forehead, jaw, & the deeper, more inaccessible head / neck muscles melt away with this powerful healing touch massage. Combines Eastern acupressure & focused acupoint massage, with a calming & relaxing face, neck & scalp massage. Combine with wonderful balancing aromatherapy oils for an additional £10.

Acupressure Body Massage - 60 mins - £80, 80 mins - £105. Acupressure massage is an ancient Chinese therapy. Calming & healing, gentle rhythmic applied pressure is applied by the hands & fingers, stimulating specific energy points across the body’s twelve meridian channels (as used in acupuncture). Please wear loose clothing for this treatment.

Standard Treatment Cancellation Policy

Treatments are for adults aged 18 or over.
The treatments will include a brief case history and consent form in which clients are required to complete full information to ensure there are no contraindications to receiving a treatment and in which they provide written consent and liability waiver prior to the start of the treatment.
Treatments will include the use of a professional leather ergonomics treatment bed, towels and massage oils.
Treatments will take place at the discretion of the therapist. The therapist reserves the right to cancel, delay or end the treatment at her professional discretion.
Treatments will start promptly at the arranged time. If the client is delayed or late for their treatment, the treatment will still run to the scheduled time. Please be ready 5 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure the full benefits of your treatment.
Your treatment will end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
Clients should be aware that if a booked treatment is cancelled within 24 hours, there will be a cancellation fee for the full amount of the treatment that will be payable in full.
This policy also applies if you do not attend or are unable to attend the scheduled treatment time without having made a cancellation 24 hours earlier.
Should unavoidable weather conditions prevent the therapist from arriving at the scheduled time of treatment, every effort will be made to ensure an alternative appropriate time.
All treatments redeemed by clients will be billed at the end of your stay when checking out of the hotel.
