Due to the fantastic success of our Hogmanay celebrations last year, we have upgraded our Hogmanay Break. We are delighted to offer our guests a 3 night Dinner Bed & Breakfast Hogmanay Break and the wonderful opportunity to see in the New Year in one of the most stunning locations in Scotland.
The 3 night Dinner Bed & Breakfast Break is from 30 December 2008 - 1 January 2009 inclusive with guests arriving in the afternoon of 30th December 2008.

New Year at The Pierhouse Hotel is a unique experience. Whether you enjoy bright days of hard winter sunshine and incredibly deep blue skies, invigorating blustery walks along the shore, or magical snowfall on the high peaks of Ben Nevis and Glencoe, this is a breathtaking landscape and you are assured of a warm welcome at The Pierhouse.
We look forward to welcoming you with a glass of bubbly on your arrival from 3pm, after which time you might wish to relax in front of the log burning stoves either in the bar, or in the residents’ lounges. For those needing to stretch your legs after the journey, make the most of the remaining daylight with a short gentle stroll along the shore and experience the stunning winter beauty of our location, right on the shores of Loch Linnhe.
Dinner is served in our restaurant in the evening with a special fixed menu on each of your three night stay.

Have the day to explore our spectacular location - we can recommend walks or cycle rides in the lovely local neighbourhood or on the nearby island of Lismore. Or just relax in the hotel with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and home baking served in the bar and residents lounges, and watch the waves crashing on the beach. Subject to the weather, for those of our guests who enjoy some outdoor sport, we will be organising a clay pigeon shoot in the morning at a private Country House set in beautiful established gardens in Port Appin, if you would like to join us.
The evening celebrations will start after our special candlelit Hogmanay dinner in the Restaurant. We will be hosting a traditional West Coast ceilidh dance in the bar from 9pm with a local band playing live music until the early hours of the morning, and a firework display on our private beach.

Enjoy a leisurely special New Years Day breakfast with Bucks Fizz or Bloody Mary and then decide how you would like to spend the morning before booking lunch back at the hotel from 12.30pm.
Dinner will be served as usual in the restaurant, followed by a relaxing evening in the bar. What better way to conclude your New Years celebrations.

Prices are inclusive of Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Break
Superior Loch View Rooms : £125 pp/pn*
Standard Loch View Rooms : £110 pp/pn*
Standard Rear Facing Rooms : £100 pp/pn*
*All prices are per person, per night, including a fixed menu dinner for each night of your stay
Clay pigeon shooting will be charged separately at the cost of £50 for 30 clays and £1 per clay thereafter. For those guests wishing to participate, a £50 booking fee is required at the time of hotel reservation and payment of accommodation deposit.
