Charitable Support
The Pierhouse has a natural affiliation with the sea both geographically and through our local maritime community in Port Appin and on the Island of Lismore. This, together with our close ties with the yachting fraternity who visit us in considerable numbers every year, generates a very strong maritime association. The Pierhouse is consequently proud to have been a supporter of the wonderful voluntary service of the members of the R.N.L.I. for many years past and will continue to be so for many more into the future.
Proprietor Nick will for the third year in succession be taking part in the 2013 Mull CycloSportive on the Isle of Mull in support of Help for Heroes & RNLI. Nick completed the 87 gruelling miles last year a little sore but still smiling and is going for a repeat endurance test of stamina all over again!
