Loch Etive poached salmon mousse

Gressingham Duck breast stuffed with pistachios & almonds, served with a shiraz jus, potato fondant & winter greens
Perthshire ribeye roast served with crispy potatoes, honeyed pumpkin, seasonal vegetables & a pink peppercorn sauce
Pan seared sea bass in a ginger & chilli dressing served with saffron rice & seasonal vegetables
Desserts
Traditional Christmas pudding served with a brandy cream
Bramley apple & date crumble topped with Baileys ice cream

Booking is required and a deposit for groups of 6 people or more is necessary on booking.
